The following details were provided by the Museum of Army Transport and the Triumph Owners Motor Cycle Club.
Date of Manufacture 29th October 1964. Date of Dispatch 16th November 1964. 00 EN 41 came into service in January 1965 and in March 1965 it was transferred to 7 Signal Regiment, Herford, BAOR. It remained with this Regiment until 16 December 1969 when it was transferred to 16B Vehicle Depot, Hamm, BAOR. On the 13 july 1977 it was disposed of at the Vehicle Sales, Hamm, BAOR. It was first registered in Wales 1st November 1981 DCC436X to a gentlemen in LLYS DULAS, AMLWCH. I now have an age related, 1964 registration number on the bike. It is used regularly, the longest one day trip I have done is 187mls. I have replaced the head gasket and it still has the Simplex carb and 6 volt system. The paint work is as it came, multi shades of green.
