Built on 12Dec 1956 and exported to Canada on 24 Dec as part of an army contract.Was after decommission repainted black with some extra chrome and formed part of a collection of 17 siblings ,all of the same year.That collection was then bought and repatriated by Woods motorcycles (and friends) in 2015 where most were recommissioned and used for a holiday from Wales to Scotland( Dads army TRW youtube).After this some bikes were sold,some kept.I was lucky enough to buy 2,one a restoration project,which was bought and completed by a friend in Glasgow and this one which has only covered 5000 miles from new .I have added an eight inch hub (non standard) for extra braking whilst a spoke issue was being addressed.This is my 7th and possibly last TRW ,great ride,great character,maximum pleasure.
